Christian Unity week service at St Mary’s Altofts at 6.00 pm on 29th January. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Saturday 21st April a teaching day hosted by Kingdom Faith Scarborough. Cost £30 including lunch. If you would like to go tell Don. Everyone welcome to a prayer meeting for persecuted Christians on Saturday 21st January 2012, 10.30 am at Michael and Stephanie’s house at 13 Holly Bank, Ackworth, WF7 7LE, love Stephanie. The next meeting is on Wednesday 18th January at 7.30 pm. The agenda and the minutes are in the pigeon holes. Bishop Steven will be in the parish this Monday when he will visit All Saints School, The Well, International Produce ltd, lunch with the wardens and the “official” opening of our TLG centre. If you have any comments or questions for the bishop speak to Don or the wardens. The Choir returns to the highest quality Sacred Music for its next 2 concerts, both featuring music from the Baroque period. On Saturday 29th October, 7.30 pm, in Wakefield Cathedral they will present ‘Magnificat’ by J S Back, (perhaps the most famous of all church composers), with ‘Mass in C Minor (often called ‘The great C minor Mass’) by Mozart, (perhaps the most famous of all composers).
