Welcome to the Church Leadership Web Page.

Heading up the Leadership team here at Normanton is our Vicar, the Reverend Don Gilkes.

Helping him with the day to day running of this Ministry we have Two sections.

First of all are the Coordinators

These are seven members of the church family specialising in a particular area of church life.

Don and the Coordinators meet at regular intervals to discuss issues and plan for future events.

The second section of the leadership team is the PCC or the Parocial Parish Council as they are correctly know.

The PCC meet once a month. There is also the Standing commitee which meets at regular intervals to set agendas and tackle problems that need to be dealt with at short notice. The PCC and the Standing commitee are elected members from the churches electoral role.Individuals are elected on to the PCC for terms of one to three years.

They are your PCC. As a member of the church family please be encouraged to approach any member of the commitee with anything you feel may be important to the running of the church.
