Saturday Walks: Most of these walks are about 6 to 7 miles in length and have provide a pleasant excursion into some of England’s best scenery in the Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire Moors, Yorkshire Wolds and Derbyshire Peak District. We meet at the Parish Church Rooms, leaving at 9am, and there are sufficient cars to provide lifts to those without transport. We usually return by 5pm. To ensure that everyone has transport, it is important to contact John or Kate in the few days before a walk to let them know that you are planning to come.
The walks provide a spiritual refreshment from the beauty of the countryside; exercise; opportunities for fellowship and simply getting to know others connected to the Church family.
Anyone is welcome to join us and regular attendance is not compulsory!

Monday Walks: We are now also organising shorter walks on some Monday afternoons. These are closer to ‘home’ and will usually be between 3 and 4 miles in length. For these walks we meet at the Parish Church Rooms at 1pm.
